Tuition Fee
Tuition fee for the Paragon Platinum SC430 / Penlon Prima SP2/3 Anesthesia Machine is $4,750.00 per attendee.
Tuition covers the cost of training and materials only. We will provide a lunch and refreshments each day of the class.
Registration Requirements
Attendees must be registered to attend the training seminar. The deadline for registration is ten (10) days prior to the start of class.
You may register by fax or e-mail. Please use the Technical Training Seminar Registration Form for your request. We suggest registering early, as class sizes are limited to eight (8) attendees per class. We accept Visa and MasterCard payments as well as company issued purchase orders.

Cancellation
Any enrolled student who cannot attend the registered seminar for any reason, must contact us in writing or by phone at least five (5) days prior to the start of class or they will forfeit any paid tuition.
Paragon Service reserves the right to change or cancel the seminar at any time. Seminars may be rescheduled if attendance requirements have not been met.
Please do not make any travel arrangements until you have received written confirmation.
Travel Information
The Paragon Platinum SC430 Service Seminar is a 4 day course.
Paragon Service is located approximately 30 minutes west of Detroit Metro Airport (DTW).
We recommend that you make your travel arrangements through this airport. To allow for sufficient travel time, departing flights should not be scheduled less than 3 hours following the conclusion of the course.
Attendees must provide their own transportation to and from the airport and from their hotels to Paragon Service. Most car rental companies are represented at the airport.

Seminar Overview
What you see and hear during Paragon Service Technical Training seminars is fully copyrighted by Paragon Service. Therefore, audio and video recording are not permitted.
Each day of seminar will begin at 8:00 AM and end at 4:00 PM.
Dress is casual. No flip flops, cut offs, etc.
Each course module concludes with a written exam. Seminar attendees must earn a grade of 70% or higher, on each module, to satisfactorily complete the course. A certification certificate will be awarded to each attendee that successfully completes the course, at the end of the seminar.
